Do not recommend for out of state investors. 

My experience was that they were not responsive and hard to work with. Even when I wanted to make an offer on a multi-family unit in Shaker Heights (B+ neighborhood), it was hard to get a hold of them. Perhaps it's because they were too busy with other local or larger clients. If I could do it again, I would try a different firm.

Not very good at fixing their property. Give you the run around about getting things done. Very poor service

My office was lovely. All staff was responsive, informative, and supportive. All of my customers commented on the comfortable environment. I have only praise for FASS.

My experience with FASS in the beginning was exciting because they were able to help us find the house we were looking for to rent and possibly buy.
FASS is a little slow on responding to repairs but are a nice business.
