Love this shop. I came in for watch battery, they offered to clean and inspect my diamond ring. They found I had a loose diamond. What a great job they did on my ring. It blings blings and look brand new again. Thanks Fastfix at Victoria Gardens.

The Fast-Fix Jewelry does not deliver services that they promised with battery replacement. They wanted to charge $10.00 for just opening the watch to check the battery expiration date. And they said that if the battery was expired, they will charge over $100.00 for 5 yr or $69.00 for 1 year, which was not the price I paid when I got the battery from them. When I challenged their business practice, they simply told me to take it back to the original Fast-Fix shop where I got the battery from. Before, they told me I could take it to any Fast-Fix store to receive the same service. I hate when a business fails to keep their promises and tries to take advantage of customers.
