For the most part every time we visit it is very fast. Most of the staff are friendly.  The Doctors are excellent. We go there when we can’t get into are primary care on short notice.

Fast pace? Not at all. More like make you wait an hour with your sick child with  two other people in the lobby, then tell you they can't take your insurance at Jefferson City location. They had no problem with our insurance all the past times we have been here.  We have been waiting about an hour at the Morristown location now. I guess all locations operate the same.  We have also had billing issues with fast pace.  They are,however,  open when other doctor offices are not. Better than nothing 👍

Watched the front desk lady change dates on a school note for a parent and reprint. Handed to them whispering about it, then loudly stated, have a seat and we will get you back soon. Also I feel like my 7yr could have diagnosed me better. " NP said, oh I guess the zpac and steroids didn't work( 7days ago) so let's try this one next. It's not a guessing game lady!!
