This place is a joke. It is supposed to be first come first serve. I was third person to walk in. It is now almost two hours later still sitting in waiting room. When asked why it is taking so long I was told it takes a hour per person. Very rude people.

I went with my sister in law who doesn't speak English and she got an interpreter that was so rude her name was denise I don't know why ther keep her there I was happy when I thought she was gone but she's there again I don't like her. Poor service with that lady.

I go there wih my wife she needs Interpreter and we always get denise we don like her she rude an mean. I might no now English well but she is very mean and does not  say the things we need to say
