Management worked hard at honoring a promotion promised prior to move-in date. Unit is well-built and in a safe area. Very pleased with my choice to store my belongings at this facility.

After emailing the claims department asking to have a mishandled insurance claim by property manager appealed I was sent back an email from Keyrie telling me that I must move all of my things out by the end of the month. Less then 15 days. I have since come to find out that istorage has done away with any proper claims department. Who is handling there claims? After being a long standing and paying customer (as well as my entire family) this is how the company treats you. Beware.

Their customer service is superb and prices are very competitive. The grounds and unit were very clean and well-kept unlike my previous experience at Public Storage in Philly...the employees were super unprofessional, loading bays dirty, mice infestations, and bums hanging out most of the time. Lily at I-Storage was super helpful and professional, very friendly and courteous. I could tell she took pride in her job and spoke very highly of her employer as she works at different locations. She even swept the unit clean before I unloaded into my unit! I feel confident entrusting my property at a business with such awesome customer service. Thank you!! A+++

Moved out couple months ago. The guy who runs that one was always mad rude. Indian dude you can barely understand and is always tryna scam someone with cash transactions!!!! MAD FUNNY SOMEONE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE RATS! I didn't have no problems but mad people did!!!!. I would never go here. New management or something yo!!!

MOUSE POOP. REFUSING TO SEND OUT CLAIM! I have been a loyal paying tenant at the istorage Mitchell location since 2014. I recently started clearing some things out and found an unsettling amount of rodent feces. Property Manager Keyrie came and took a couple careless pictures and told me he would get me all the paperwork I needed. Tried following up with him several times with no answer. Finally my fiancé went into the office and he said we couldn't submit the claim because there wasn't damage, IT'S MOUSE POOP ALL OVER MY THINGS!. Then he said the DM Michelle T. had already denied the claim. He refused to provide any physical proof of denial and was extremely rude. When following up the next day as asked, he continued to berate me over the phone and eventually hanging up on me. I proceeded to begin to try to resolve the matter with a nice gentlemen in Bordentown whom is now on vacation. I have not heard back from anyone in over 48 hours. After years of being a tenant and upholding the proper mandatory insurance required by istorage I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the poor service that has been provided with this matter.
