I called to have a deed notarized for a timeshare I was selling. The young lady that answered the phone asked if I had a lot of papers because she didn't feel like reading all of them. I just hung up the phone. Small business need to learn that they can not act ignorant on phone inquiries--it will greatly impact their bottom line.

Jessica is curt and short with clients.  Zero regard for service support and instead of dealing with employee's behavior, the owner Jason, destroyed my files and expected me to Absorb his tirade to defend his employee who did not do her job. She blamed another employee who wasn't the one who made the mistake.  Two opportunities to correct the attitude and Jessica failed both times. The owner made it my problem.   GO to the DMV and avoid the drama in first place.
