Hostess sat us near a floor covered with beer that she had to step in to seat us. We moved to another table, both tables were STICKY. The menus were STICKY as well. The carpets in the dining area are old and discolored. Food was served cold. Manager was unprofessional, offered to correct food and never saw her again. My new order of food was 80% better, it still was not 100%. The manager discounted my ticket by $9 and I received no other apology from the manager or waitress after the corrected dinner arrived. Did they honestly think that I wanted a discounted meal? No I would like to have a courteous staff, clean environment and hot food. I am never visiting this location again and the sad fact is, I really like the Fatz franchise.

This visit was very unsatisfactory, we came in and no hostess for about 5 minutes, it wasn't that busy. When she finally came we were seated at a booth that the seat was wet, I had to wipe it with my hands because I wasn't offered a napkin or an apology. The table was sticky and also wet and menu was sticky, we weren't seated and the hostess just walked away and left us standing there. The waitress came and noticed that our table was very wet and apologized and wiped it dry. We got our food and it was not very hot and it had no taste. This is not the place I remember that was so nice to have a nice evening out. I just wanted a nice Sunday dinner.

Been here many times for lunch but first I noticed that the parking lot was nearly empty which used to be packed. This used to be a great place where you took a customer for lunch but now it has become absurdly disgusting. Stale grease smell, filthy floors, everything sticks to your hands. Not just the table but even the menu. We finally got our order and after eating part of my chicken club sandwich I immediately got nauseated. Food was served on a greasy oven tray with grease paper. I responded when were asked that the food and the place was revolting. She apologized and didn't charge for the meal. So sad for what used to be a great place.

We've been to this location several times but now it seems like it's gone downhill. Everything was just okay at our visit today until our check came. My dad paid his bill with cash and our server, without asking if he needed change, took it upon herself to keep it. There is NO excuse for that. Whether it was $10 or $.10, the change IS NOT the servers!!! It belongs to the customer. Tips are earned and unfortunately for her actions, my husband and I left a significantly less tip than we normally would have. Her service itself was not the best, as a few things were not brought to the table until we had to keep asking. She didn't genuinely care to serve today. I'm generally very understanding, as I know she had a few tables. But serving takes a great skill of multi-tasking which she isn't cut out for.

Worst service ever!!! Had to request silverware when the salad came. Requested more tea, she brought a glass of water. The peel and eat shrimp looked like someone scraped their salad plate on top of the shrimp. It looked like garbage! !!! I was very disappointed. The manager said that's the marinade? ?? Since when is lettuce chopped tomatoes and sliced raw onions a marinade? ??
