Went to the dogwood festival with my 7 month pregnant wife. We walked in through the fair, which was fine by fayetteville "best." Then when we were leaving it might as well been like I told the officer i waterboarded his & her newborn in my basement. So, instead of leaving through the same way we came in the officers told my pregnant wife to walk over 500 meters around to get to our car. Once we were told that I said "okay, thank you for your service." They reacted in a completely unprofessional manner telling me there is no need for that, back talking me, and trying to instigate a fight. I did not get a badge number otherwise I would file a formal complaint. Completely unprofessional and these personnel are the reason why police get a bad rep.

I was trying to leaving from East Side Green apartments. When I got into my car, a officer pulled up on the next road. As I sat in my parking spot getting my phone together before I hit the road I realized that the officer was still there....just sitting. I told myself there was a bad stinch In the air. Next thing I know, the officer was pulling up and parked in front of me. To make a long story short, she told me I looked suspicious sitting in the car. Then when her partner got there she got a little tougher as she somehow changed it all to the smell of marijuana in the air. She *said* it smelled like marijuana when she got to my car......THE FIRST TIME. Then she said when she went back to search it, it didn't smell like weed......but she went thru my car anyway? All in my wallet??? I don't appreciate the stereo typing. I guess nowhere is safe. I gave the rating I gave because the black up played his role with understanding.

These guys did a great job today helping the company out with a civil issue . They spent hours on site to make sure it was resolved . Way more than they had to do. Great job .

My step son worked here for years and we appreciate what the FPD did for him . It gave him the experience to move on to a great career helping communities !

I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE ARRESTED For CALLING FOR 911 FOR HELP!!! No,CRITICAL THINKERS! THERES, A LACK; OF,LOGICAL THINKERS. AT THE FAYETTEVILLE; POLICE STATION. THAT ALLEGED,WOMAN. A HUSKY ,BULKY BUIT ALLEGED FEMALEAT THE FRONT DESK POLICE STATION. UNETHICALLY,RUDE. I REACHED OUT FOR ASSISTANCE; AT ANOTHER LOCATION!911Dispatchers are HORRIFYING.OBVIOUSLY,THERES A LACK OF CRITICAL THINKER. CHIEF MEDLOCK WAS FAIR! CHEIF RETIRED! DUE TO CONFRONTATIONS UMONG THOSE INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYED AT FAYETTEVILLE POLICE DEPT! THAT, PLACE ; SHOULD BE MONITORED,THROUGH A HIRE ENTITY! THEY FAIL TO DUE MUCH NEEDED WELFARE CHECKS FOR CHILDREN! HORRIFYING!!!
