MYDMV.ARKANSAS. GOV is a lifesaver! Renewed my car tag online and it was mailed to me in a few days. Best part is... I never had to set foot in a DMV. There’s other services they offer to save you the trip. Also, have you ever considered that the reason why so many of these offices are "understaffed" is because NO ONE actually wants to work here and deduct years off their lifespan dealing with the attitudes of the public? Who wants to work at a place where people are already against coming? Way too much negativity in the air about this place. I'd flip a few burgers or chicken patties before I had to work at this place. Hope it never comes to that. 😂 These people do not get enough credit for all they do and put up with.

The counter has 6 stations but only 2 are ever staffed, and that staff is also answering phones, so you have to take a half day at work to sit here. A process that should be streamlined takes 10 minutes or more per person. The staff are polite, but this is an obvious case of underfunding or mismanagement. Republican state politicians trying to prove government doesn't work by intentionally making it dysfunctional.

A great example of an understaffed place with mismanagement. Zootopia has a scene in which sloths are working. I guess they got the idea from here :)).

Slow make sure ya have a few hours to spare. Good idea to pack a lunch for the wait . They need to hire chick fila to train the employees on crowd management / quick service .

Every time I go the parking lot is full. Walked in at 8 a.m. this morning, room was full and I pulled #46. They're were currently on 85 with 2 people working.
