People do not realize, that the irs have a hard job dealing with people that are irresponsible for their own actions. It's all mainly common sense. We need to pay taxes, if their were no taxes then their would be no paved roads, or schools & hospitals and not to mention our public services would not get paid. I own a business not a hobby. It's my job to make a profit so I can pay my share because that ia what keeps things going. Thank You all for doing a good job in making sure we have money to fund our schools.

I made an appointment and was there at the appointment time. Did not have to wait long before going back. The guard was friendly. The agent was friendly and helpful. Everything got sorted out and we were on our way.

The security guard is the worst. I have been there several time, 3 times there were no seating, He told me to wait in my car or sit on the floor. I have 1 leg, and have been on crutches for any years, Ive had 27 major surgeries, including back, shoulders, left leg, I can barely walk down the long hallway. How in Hell would I get on the floor, and forget ever getting back up! He said if I waited in the hallway on the steps it would be considred loitering. I went through hell with bone cancer, you would think the IRS could supply a frickin chair for the handicapped. The guy needs to work in a prison, as he treats me like a criminal for being different. my rating is a 0,,,,, one agent working to serve hundreds of square miles. and several counties. STUPID

There is now only one agent workingat this location. Bring a large coloring book and a Lunchable, because you will be there all damn day.
