Food on the floor throughout the restaurant, no forks so we ate pasta with spoons, and the bowl my salad came in had dried sauce on the rim. YUCK! It's Friday evening.. Step up your game! Manager was polite but is far from running a clean efficient restaurant. THE NUMBER ONE THING.. THEY DID NOT BRING MY SON HIS PIZZA KIDS MEAL. EVEN AFTE REMINDING THE WOMEN WHO BROUGHT US OUR MEAL TWICE. THEN MY HUSBAND STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 20 MINUTES WAITING FOR A REFUND.

My family went here for the first time last night. We're new to the area. We were greetly by a friendly manager. There were 3 people in line at the counter ahead of us. After waiting several minutes the manager came out and said they were waiting on chicken. No problem because we don't eat chicken but still no one was taking orders. We left after having been there about 10 minutes with the same 3 people in line ahead of us and no one taking orders. I understand places can get behind and busy so we would have waited had we been able to order, get our drinks and sit down.

This location is neat and clean although not modern. Staff is friendly. This review is for takeout. They have an offer of 2 half portion entree + bread sticks + small drink for just $5. I picked lasagna and rigatoni. Lasagna could have had a bit more cheese and rigatoni could have had some more sause. Bread sticks were tasty. It had theatre popcorn taste. Overall fairly decent food for $5. Will be back soon.

This fazoli's has one of the best managers I have ever seen. He is very courteous and kind. He always goes that extra mile to help the customers right and make sure that they are happy!!

Great pasta. Not a quick as expected, but it was good. They were kind enough to give free drink for the delay.
