Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Indianapolis, IN. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked ‘til you order them! Took my brother to lunch here today right at 12 noon and was happily surprised to find only a moderate crowd, not overcrowded at all. And so we did not have an interminable delay during lunch hour. The service was prompt and the items delivered to our table within minutes. Quality of the food at this location was very good, as it always has been. This is my favorite Fazoli's in my area.

I went to this Fazoli's today 10/25/2017 around 11:10am. I had a $5.00 free coupon I've been saving after buying several meals you get a $5.00 one free. First the Lady at the drive through was very cort, she told me I couldn't use it for a $5.00 lunch meal, I went on to ask why, because the card doesn't give me any rules but the cost. She went on to say very rude you can use it. She was talking over me. The lady was Caucasian with short black hair. So I killed her with kindness. I get to church to eat my meal. The pizza was burnt, hardly no Alfredo sauce on the pasta. It is now 10:14pm, I still feel sick from the food that I did eat. I believe she may have put something in my drink or food. Don't go there, service was terrible and now maybe the food as well! I hope I don't have to contact the authorities.

Great service and fast 19 in our party had our good within 10 min !!!!!! Hot and walked around and ask did we need anything brought more bread didn't even ask great!!!!!

It's always good consistently but over the years it has become terribly overpriced. $10 for baked spaghetti and a small drink. IT'S SPAGHETTI!!!

Food is great at a decent price. Staff is friendly but not overly friendly. Unlimited breadsticks if you done in but you have to ask. Even then you have to wait for 5-10 minutes.
