Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Indianapolis, IN. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked ‘til you order them! I always have a good time eating here. I love the table side service they provide after you order where they bring your food and stop by to check on you. They have the best unlimited breadsticks of anywhere I've ever been. Quick service. Last visit, I had the brownie with ice cream dessert for the first time and it was very good.

We have been traveling all summer with travel ball for both kids, way too much eating out. This Fazolis has the best service we have encountered all summer. The guy at the counter had a great attitude and our food was out with in 3 min for our family of 6. Seriously the best service I've had all summer seriously!!!!!

Pleasant atmosphere, good service, clean facilities. I would love to have olive oil in service as typical Italian kitchen always use it.

Very bad experience. 1st visit since i left st. Louis in 2010. I ordered lasagna w meat sauce n spaghetti. Partner ordered a salad and lasagna with all kinds of extras. When they brought our plates, i looked at mine, the mgr trainee asked me if they could get us anything. I asked, tell me this lasagna wasnt frozen. He looked at me and said, well, it comes to us frozen. That was my 1st disappointment. When i tried cutting into a piece, it was tuff and hard as a rock. (Frozen to microwave does that. Didnt eat the lasagna. The spaghetti tasted different from my memory, the sauce was, uh, not my taste. My partner took a couple bites of her plate. We left. $20.00 donation to another chain we won't visit again. Now, the mgr, she came by and asked how we were doing. I showed her the hard lasagna and she offered to make another one, from frozen. I said no thanks. She came back and gave us a card for $10 off next visit. Yea, right. We gave it to the hospital to give to a visitor. The empty restaurant at 1 p.m. should have been a sign. That's my take. I used to love the twice baked spaghetti, but they don't do that anymore.

My first visit. Extremely nice, caring, patient, helpful and friendly service. I think her name was Jody. Tall thin teenager. I had meatballs and spaghetti. Delicious!
