Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Des Moines, IA. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked ‘til you order them! Made with 100% Real Mozzarella and Provolone, vine-ripened Tomatoes in our Authentic Marinara Sauce, plus Garden Vegetables, our food isn’t “fast food.” It’s fast, fresh, Italian!

Damien did a fantastic job serving me. He greeted me with a smile and was so friendly he took my experience from 15 to 100! I'm extremely grateful for all his hard work and If I was his boss I would greatly reward Damien because you should want every worker to be like him! I come to this store often and the younger teenagers that work there are always super friendly and helpful, they make this store. The older workers seem kinda tired or stressed but they still are friendly and make sure I'm all taken care of.

It's one of the few quick, casual Italian chains, serving classic fare over the counter fast food style.
The staff was helpful. The food came out hot, tasty, and as expected. The unlimited breadsticks are the highlight of this chain and worth a visit.

Always a pleasant experience at this location!  Employees very attentive on getting your table cleared and bringing out those delicious bread sticks!  Sometimes not very clean in the lobby area but I can see past that with excellent customer service.

First time visiting with family. Need some quick lunch. The front counter person was very helpful, got our food order fast.  The food was great. The service was awesome.  The General manager was excellent, great customer service. I recommend this restaurant.   Will definitely return.

This was the first time I've been to Fazoli's. I actually liked it. They had a special where you could get two entrées, a drink, and unlimited breadsticks. They had quite a big selection. The desserts were good. The employees were very nice and helpful and patient while we decided what to order. I actually caught one of the employees doing a good deed. I think the manager should be congratulated for his choice of hires.
