We have been long time customer's of Anthony's and have slowly become more and more disappointed with their service. On one occasion, I called in an order and spoke to someone who repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again. My husband went to pick up the pizza at the time they told us to and when he arrived the place reeked of weed. He told me that he had to repeat our name multiple times to the girl at the counter and found that the pizza was cold, but didn't want to deal with someone completely baked out of their mind so came home with it. Once he came home with the cold pizza, we found that the caesar salad had no dressing. We tried again at another time, hoping that this was a fluke, and came home again with a cold, sad pizza. We gave it some time and tonight we tried one last time. We called, placed the order and waited until the time we needed to head out. We arrived to be told that they lost our order and accused us of not ordering. I looked on my phone and showed them that I had called the correct number. They weren't apologetic and did not offer anything to resolve the situation. We left with no food and decided that this was our last try with them. I am sorry to say we will never go back which is so bad because they were a good place a year ago.

Pizza is good service and delivery is always terrible. Idk why I keep ordering delivery. Always quoted an hour but it always takes way longer. Prob the last time I order here. It’s too bad because I actually really like the pizza.
