Lovely, had a package coming from Littleton CO delayed or diverted several times and when I entered my tracking number after receiving an email, it showed that my package was delivered and left at my doorstep.  Haha...jokes on me.  Got home and no package!  Funny how the UPS folks can always find my house and in fact there were three packages at my doorstep from them.  Soooo, called the main number and after repeatedly saying "I want to speak to a customer service rep" they finally put me through.  They've opened up a trace on it and will call me back in two hours.  Seriously?  A trace with a confirmation number?  But your sight said it was left at my doorstep at 3:30.  Not my first time with problems at this location.

They are quick to answer questions, take care of any issues, off the main roads, take security of the facility very seriously. Packages are handled with care, to have them delivered to recipients in perfect condition.

I know there are a lot of negative reviews but I wanted to take this opportunity to share an experience I had over the weekend. With all the weather issues in the Portland area I had been waiting for my new phone for many days. I am about to leave for a week to travel and needed my phone before I left. My tracking number said it wouldn't be delivered until today (after I departed). So two days ago on Saturday I went to this location around 9 am. 

This facility is HUGE and I now fully understand the logistics of every package that goes through this place. I followed their process and ended up talking to a guy who was juggling looking for several packages. After he took my tracking number he got back to me in about 10 minutes. He told me some bad news, that my package was on the truck and not at the facility. He did say he would contact the driver and see if there was anyway he could drop it by my place same day. He was super friendly and on top of it given the stress of his job. 

My package was delivered to my home a couple of hours later. Both this guy and my driver deserve serious credit for being willing to work through a difficult situation successfully.

I know there were other people who were helped directly at the facility and most seemed happy. Always remember that people who have a bad experience are far more likely to leave a review and a bad one.

Thank you FedEx, please see that the driver and the individual the facility who was searching for packages are rewarded!
