My package was promised on a Saturday when we'd be home. This is something we had to be present and to sign for. It was never delivered. On Monday I called FedEx to see if we could just pick it up after work, but that 'option wasn't available'. Neither of us can afford to take off work to sit and wait ALL DAY for a package that may or may not be delivered. This facility (ground delivery) isn't even open on Mondays, and the number you call is to some distant FedEx office and not the local one. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with FedEx and their incompetence and inability to make important medical deliveries in a timely manner.

Delivered my package to the wrong place. Now I'm out $50, and the item I paid for. Not the first time this has happened.
