I went in with a large odd shaped item I needed to ship (77lx13wx12h/33lbs.) that I had to make a box for.  I was told a day earlier at Ups that the box may be "rejected by the driver" and if so they would have to make one for my item and it would cost extra.  Ups also said it would cost $192 to $204 to ship "if" the driver would take it.  The very helpful employee at Fed Ex said there was nothing at all wrong with my packaging, nothing that they could do any better.  After taking the measurements it came out to $92 to ship.  Thank you Fed Ex for being reasonable, honest and helpful, I will definitely be using your services in the future.

When you call and setup a pickup and after 2 followup calls they cant get there... it was beyond sad, if I had a choice for a long while I would use someone else.
