I really haven't had too many issues but there have been a couple things here and there and today I am fed up. Sometimes the post lady will SHOVE packages, such as school books for example, into the mailbox making it difficult to get them out and to the rest of the mail. Well yesterday I was supposed to having something delivered. No big deal, I knew what kind of package it was and was confident that she'd drop it off at the front door as she always did, if she couldn't squeeze it into our mailbox that is. Well I was out of town and came home today. Noticed that there was no package at the front door and when I went to check the mail realized, I'm not sure if it rained Saturday and she didn't want to get out of the truck or what, that she had placed my large package that clearly won't for in the box ON TOP of the community boxes AND it was soaking wet. The box was falling apart and my books, go figure they'd be books!, were slightly damaged. This is unacceptable. This is your job. I will be calling the office in the morning to file a complaint. My books that I paid for were almost completely ruined because she didn't want to get out of her truck for 5 seconds to put it on the porch. Absolutely infuriated right now.

Constantly get other people's mail while our own mail is frequently late. Tracked packages will say "out for delivery" for two to three days. And just today instead of delivering our package while both my wife and myself were home, a "final notice" message was left with zero effort made to knock on the door we were sitting right beside.
