If you have other choice , do not try to find this location , the address is not clear , I use the google map to try to find this location , waste me long time , but I did not find where it is !

This location is ill equipped to assist customers. I would think that they are given convention\meeting schedules. If not, they should be. We were exhibitors at a recent meeting at the OCCC. At the close of the exhibit hall, I and a number of other people took boxes down to ship at FedEx. My boxes all had FedEx labels on the already. There were 2 people working the counter and 3 other staff standing behind the counters. A couple working on computers.. Why, when there was a line of 10 people inside the room and a number standing outside, did the other 3 staff not pitch in to help. To top it off, I had a few items that I needed them to back and ship for me. Low and behold, my boxes arrived and the one that they packed was missing several items that I asked them to back. Next time, I'm going across the street to the 11th Hour Store at the Hyatt.

Buyer beware! Because they are in a convention center, they charge a "handling fee" of $10.00 above and beyond the shipping fee.
