Do NOT use this company. We used them to move us less than 2 miles from house to house. After them unloading all of our furniture and other things we began to move things into their spots in our house. At this time we noticed a huge hole in the bottom of our brand new nightstand and a huge rip in the leather on our couch. My wife called the company and they asked us to send pictures. she did and we waited. We sent the pictures back in April of 2017 and it is now June of 2017. My wife called numerous times to find out what they were going to do to fix the damage they caused to our furniture. Well today she finally got in touch with someone and the way she was treated has me furious!!. They blamed the cause of the damage on us wanting a quick move. When you are paying for a service by the hour wouldn't everyone want it to be quick? Then he proceeds to say it was because we didn't want anything wrapped. Well once again this is false as they did wrap all of our furniture. The damage to the night stand is from where the used a standard dolly to pick it up and put the blade through the bottom and our couch is a big sectional which they did not wrap. The man then says we signed off on scratches which we did on our dining room table not HUGE HOLES in our furniture. He wouldn't let my wife say a word and then HUNG UP ON HER!!. Please if you value you possessions at all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also the lack of customer service is beyond despicable.

Can't say enough good things about College Student Movers. I went online and made a same day appointment, they were able to come early and called to make sure of what I needed. I happily asked them to come as early as possible. Joe and Chance were polite, courteous, strong, young and professional. They climbed in the attic and brought down all the boxes I couldn't get to and hauled away everything. My attic had become my grown childrens place to store things they dont want but also didnt want to throw away!
