Staff is RUDE, doesn't say hi, doesn't say thank you, just RUDE.  Place should be sold and taken over by owner who cares about clients.  The person that has been rude NUMEROUS times to me is a woman, looks middle eastern, greenish eyes, about 45 years old with an accent.  I realize people have bad days but to not greet or even say thank you is just unacceptable, she needs to find a new line of work because her customer service is a ZERO!  Also, this location is always very hot inside, doors always wide open even in middle of summer so prepare to sweat and wait in line.

I went to the usps post office on turkey lake and their customer service was absolutely horrible. This store has great customer service and they help you even if you have a prepaid label from another mailing company. They don't try to charge you for tape like usps does.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Someone was there to offer help as soon as I walked in. At the front counter, gentleman helped me with mailing certified letter. He took extra time to explain price and info with tracking number. Thanks for your help.
