Went there to drop off a return package for an online purchase. In handing it to the Manager, he mumbled something at me and said it would be $5 to send. I told him it was pre-paid and then was told that it was not acceptable the way it was packed. I told him this was the way I received it sent to me THROUGH FED EX to begin with. He very smugly told me it's $5 or I have to find another way to send it. It all seemed very weird to me and his less than nice attitude did not help. It reminded me why I ship through other sources and not Fed Ex. I will go out of my way not to visit this guy again.
