ALL the DRIVERS need to be FIRED...THEY DON'T KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL leaving packages out to be STOLEN EVERY SINGLE TIME....I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SIT OUTSIDE ON MY STOOP FOR AN HOUR TO SEE IF THEY'LL SHOW UP, ONLY TO NOT SHOW UP TIL LATER IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON AS THEY COME AT ALL DIFFERENT TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY ...AND AS I WAS TYPING THIS A SECOND TRUCK SHOWED UP WITH MY OTHER PACKAGE **LESS THAN 5 MINUTES APART😠** LUCKILY I HADN'T MADE IT BACK DOWNSTAIRS OR LEAVE ON TIME TODAY 😠😠😠

I have had two different packages delivered to the wrong address through this company. I am only able to talk to a representative of Fed Ex who is in another state. Both times they have been told that the driver tried and couldn't re-locate package and that basically I was out of luck. Apparently the office has no phone number in East Wenatchee, so there seems to be no way to figure out why my packages keep getting delivered to the wrong place! I receive packages all the time through UPS and USPS without any problems. It is unfortunate that anytime I have a package sent to me I have to be sure that Fed Ex is not the one delivering it, because I won't receive it and will be given no explanations!

Grossly incompetent, unwilling to solve simple problems, uncommunicative, and all around disappointing experience. Accadently misplaced my package, then continued to send it back to shipper, made no effort to correct the problem, and never reached out to communicate the verdict. Just wow.
