Would be zero if i could. Placed a 1400 dollar order. Took the delivery date off of work to make sure i could sign. Night before they post that it will be here a day early; so i switched my day off. I sit home waiting all day and they don't even knock. Just left a door tag. Called the office and they were very rude; and wouldnt have their driver bring me my package which UPS has never had a problem with turning around because of a mistake on their end. Never use fedex.

Zero stars would be my answer. Two days in a row door tag left with incomplete information -- Pick up time availability blank, Also info regarding Delivery Attempts (another attempt will be made or final attempt - neither checked). Getting on the phone with fedex to get more information - equally useless. So frustrating. Very disappointing. I always use UPS and request UPS when option exists. Fedex repeatedly a frustrating headache. How many hoops do we have to jump through to get a package delivered? Way too many.

Listed as a ship center on google only to arrive and be told they are in fact, not a ship center. Ladies at the front desk were polite, but are setup for failure with this happening. I was also told that I could print my shipping label at this location, which they could not.
