The people that waited on me were very helpful and caring. The prices in their trailers are affordable for anyone and the next day I was gonna be a little late with it and Krystal answered the phone and said it would be ok as long as I brought it with in an hour after it was due and no charge.

Horrible! We drove from North Syracuse to Tully and back and they tried charging us for 73 miles!! Not to mention another $21 for a gallon of gas they claimed I didn't replace. Will NEVER use uhaul again, especially the Taft Road location!!!
