I prepaid and reserved a taxi for my sister from Syracuse airport all the way to cortland, NY. This was in the middle of a snow storm, which is why I had to get the taxi. While the woman at the help desk lacked customer service, we had a great experience with the driver, George. He was friendly, and got my sister to her destination safely and timely. He also gave her some information about the area and was very kind. We were so thankful for him!

The worst!!!! Was told they were on the way; then they called and lied and told us that all the flights out were cancelled. Informed them that Delta indicated that the flight was, in fact, not cancelled and on-time. Called Syracuse taxi back then we were told that all their drivers were on hold and not driving!!!! WTH! We could have called another company, as there were other taxi companies making pick-ups. Needless to say, we will NEVER use their services again!

I want to pay a heartfelt compliment to your employee, Jennifer. She was friendly and efficient in dealing with customers that approached the counter. I was really impressed as I observed her attention to customer service while I sat waiting for my cab to arrive. I travel a great deal, both domestically and internationally and her commitment to her job goes well beyond that of most people that I encounter on a daily basis. As my car was approaching, Jennifer directed me to where the car was pulling up. I got in and thought to myself, "That was a great customer service experience". Little did I know, it was going to get much, much better! As I arrived at the Residence Inn, Jennifer was on the phone, looking for me. I had dropped my wallet in the airport. She recovered it, locked it in the safe and contacted the hotel to track me down. She then sealed it in a secure envelope and had the driver bring it to me at the hotel. In my world, that just doesn't happen! You should be extremely proud of her as your employee. She was the face of your company tonight and served you well. Can't wait for my next visit to Syracuse.
