Took my mom's car here last week and Richard was very helpful in explaining what her car needed now and what could be put off until late. Definitely come back when ever I have car issues. Great customer service and high quality work for an affordable price.

Was very pleased with customer service, the swiftness that my problem was addressed. Personnel was very courteous and professional. Services were very reasonably priced. Would come back again and recommend them to others.

STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY .....FAMILY OWNED N VERY CARING STAFF TO THERE COSTUMERS. I WAS REFERRED FROM FRIENDS AND I WOULD REFER MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HERE AS WELL. Always courteous and thorough. I have brought several different vehicles to Felix Automotive over the last few years because they are right down the street from my office. At times, they do have to order a specialty part which does take time so I have had to keep my car there overnight. The work is top quality, they have always explained exactly what is wrong with the vehicles, and prices have been not only reasonable, but cheaper than other places I have been. This is the place where I trust my automotive emergencies to be solved.
