Super fun and bumping brunch joint! The food had a nice French touch to it and the overall ambience and atmosphere is great. Food was surprisingly just mediocre to us. Nothing was super outstanding or memorable… but overall it was a fantastic meal and the drinks are great.
Super fun spot for brunch. We went on a Sunday at around 2-3 pm and partied until 10 pm while we had no plans to do so. Brunch was great too. Highly recommend the french onion soup!!Recommended dishes
We had the short rib tacos, gnocchi and onion soup everything was excellent but what I enjoyed the most was people watching. The service was prompt and courteous It's a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Fantastic brunch spot with no wait on a Sunday afternoon. Right in Soho, so prices were a bit steep. The truffle fries were to die for. I got a glass of champagne and really felt like I was in France for a few hours. Chic spot to take a friend visiting the city.
The description says it right, we stopped in here after some shopping in soho on a early friday night. The layout is nice and cozy - a good place to hang out with friends and grab a drink or some food. The salmon was good and celiac/gluten friendly!
You don't go to Felix for great food, you go to Felix for the vibe and people watching. Service was fast and attentive, the food was just okay, I did enjoy the meat board though. Prices are Soho standard and a bit too high $18 for a glass of wine, but overall it's a nice place to be to get a sense what New York used to be pre-covid.
Food is good- relatively normal but the real reason to go to this place is for the atmosphere. Very youth oriented and lots going on. Had the avocado toast and was good.
Yeah, the service was slow, but only one waiter was working. Good drinks and better company made the slow service easy to ignore. The food was fresh and delicious, and I wasn't mad when the apology for the delay was my favorite adult beverage. Was reminded it was a favorite of our crew back in the day. May be the reason it felt so homey.
Terrible manager, bouncer, and staff. Started yelling as soon as we arrived. I have never been treated this poorly in my life. We are paying customers and we were a large party, so they lost a lot of business purely based off of the manager’s lack of etiquete and people skills. She should not be working in any place that requires customer service or human interaction. The behavior by the staff, especially the manager is not worth the wait. And the food is mediocre at best. I go to the best places in NYC, and honestly this one isn’t worth any of that. There are far superior places for both food and ambiance. Don’t waste your money, effort, or time in this establishment.
This place is a welcome relief in the SOHO area, with it's deep pocketed beautiful people quaffing down sea urchin anything at exorbitant prices, we decided to go to FELIX after a neighboring restaurant told us we had to wait for a table even though we had a confirmed reservation. They sat us right down, as Felix was maybe 30% full on a Wednesday night. We ordered drinks and burgers. They showed up quickly and were fine. We then order two glasses of the house cab, and no dessert. All good. When the bill came, we were unpleasantly surprised when it was for $270! There was a $125 bottle of Margaux on there. The waiter manager? quickly corrected the problem, but i left with a feeling that receipts were down that night and he had tried to screw us, in spite of the apology and comping the two glasses of wine. PAY ATTENTION TO THE BILL!
