We were staying at Sixty SoHo, the hotel above this restaurant and stopped in for drinks and an appetizer. We decided to give the escargot a try since it was something that I have never had. Glad we tried it, because it was delicious. The warm bread that came with it was also really good. The sauce that came with the escargot was very butter garlic heaven! The rest of the menu looked really tasty as well. Unfortunately we didn't have enough meals to eat a full one here. Maybe next time!
Went to the pop up they had. At $180 per person! Including a couple of cocktails each the quality of the food was not worth it at all. Average food covered in truffle shavings which is where the cost is. If this was $100 each it wouldn’t have been too bad. But it’s overpriced for the quality of what’s provided. I gave it 2* as the food wasn’t bad it was just shockingly overpriced for what you get.
A truly classy place. Everything was perfect. Extraordinary service, main course and incomparable deserts. Music was tasteful and we could hear each other’s thoughts. Still not sure why we smiled and laughed so much because the food was serious business. Merci beaucoup
Bistro Leo was amazing. We had my friends baby shower here, outside. It was really lovely, we had the whole front area to ourselves. There were heaters on so it didn’t feel cold despite the cool temperature. The manager was really lovely, he made sure we were okay and checked in on us constantly. We had the brunch set menu and they even personalized the menus for us. It was a great experience, I’d definitely recommend this place for your next event or even just for brunch. The food was amazing. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!
My sister have been meaning to dine here and so she suggested this place for us to spend our Thanksgiving lunch together. It was fair dining experience. We had made a reservation and the host seated us right away upon our arrival. There was outdoor seating but the day was quite chilly and so I chose for us to sit inside. The host led us to a table just near the entrance in a tight corner against a pillar leaving me feeling a bit claustrophobic. We asked if we could rotate the table so I could sit next to my sister on the sofa- which the host kindly obliged. For our order, we went for their regular menu and ordered Onion Soup, Duck Prosciutto Pizzette, Steak Tartare, Mussels, and Pommes Frites. Every single dish that came out was delicious, we especially loved the piping hot onion soup. There was, however, an awkward delay in receiving our second set of entrées. Our fries also never made it to the table, in which case we decided to forgo the plate since we were already finishing up with our meal. We surmise that the waitress who took our order did not put in our full order. Otherwise, service was courteous, we were served by two waiters and the host possibly the floor manager were all very attentive.
I had high expectations but each of them were surpassed. The food, the service, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing, and very memorable. Each dish was inexplicably superb. I have not stopped talking about this place and can't wait to go back
Very delicious French food. The escargot was tasty. The decor was nice and elegant. Outside dining available. Service was good
A nice French restaurant. I was there for lunch. The menu doesn't have too many items for lunch but there is a good mix from salads and sandwiches to fish and steak. The food was very delicious. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were on the higher side for lunch.Food: 5/5
I was here for a business dinner and was seriously underwhelmed. The burger buns were dry, the asparagus salad was bland, the mussels were too spicy…the wine was good, the steak and fries were tender and crispy, the salmon was ok, and the dessert fruit was fresh. But overall really, really unimpressed and would definitely not go back and actually spend money there. For dessert, they gave such small portions for the amount of people we had, and didn’t give any plates to share so everyone had to reuse their spoons in the same shared dishes…just not great.
Food was alright. I got the steak, nothing too special. Fruit tart was great. Service was great tho. Price was a little bit high for the quality. Around $50 - $70 per person.
