Story

After the invention of the automobile and the development of the automotive assembly line, Ferndale became a bedroom community for auto workers and through the early 1950s when there were trolly lines in the median strip of Woodward Avenue.

A lot has changed over the years, and Fern and Dale's pays homage to old Ferndale. Remembering a time when style was style, and a pompadour, bangs and a french twist meant a sensational night out on the town.
