It was my second time ever getting a full set of acrylic nails done, and I went in to get the old ones removed so I could get a new set put on (since nobody has ever educated me about how fill ins work) and to take my old set off the technician literally pried them off my nails! It hurt so bad, I even told her that it hurt really bad, and she continued. Come to find out, that can be (and was) extremely damaging to your nails. SO, I ended up paying $45 not including tip, for a lady to rip my nails off instead of soaking them the proper way. Do not recommend, will not return.

Service used to be the bees knees. Beware of who you get I suppose. I had stopped going there 2 years ago. Came back and remembered why I left. Service is fast nut rushed, almost half ***. Poor selection of quality products. Pedicures are$6 more than other cities. (Detroit/Northville) I had to dang near beg the manicurist to put glitter polish on my ring fingers. When i was about to do it myself, that's when she came out from eating. Manicure is not all that.

Need more techs that do ALL services..not just mani & pedis..if getting acrylics or gels you will have to wait for tech that does those applications

Took my mother here a few days before mother's day and they butchered my mother's nails. They had someone with no experience do her nails and he took an extremely long time and did an awful job.

The person who did my nails here did a half assed job, i had to ask her to fix all of the bubbles in my nails. She didnt seem fond of doing so. My guess is because i was interrupting her filing her own nails in the middle of my service. After that, she left me at the station to go do a pedicure for a man who had just walked in regardless of the fact that thwre were two other people there to help him. If you dont want to help people, then dont. I can spend my money elsewhere.
