Had a positive experience to an unfortunate night. Last night, my family and I got a crash course on the symptoms of a main line sewer clog. After a call to one national plumber went nowhere, we remembered our utility companies warranty for our sewer line. We placed a call that morning and were greeted by light hearted James from Ferran by the early afternoon. We really appreciate James’ knowledge, assurance, and humorous approach. Finally, after 12 hrs of crazy, we are able to use our restroom again. Thank you Ferran, we are grateful for your service. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend James/Ferran Plumbing. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and gave us assurance that our issue has been resolved.

I highly recommend this company if you appreciate good customer service! I called them, very frustrated, after getting the run around by two other A/C companies. Tanya was very pleasant and calm on the phone and was able to get back to me quickly. John came out within the time promised, diagnosed the problem, procured the needed part (free because it was still under warranty) and had my unit working in a very timely manner. A week later, I contacted them again because of a small billing problem and Pam, who was very friendly, immediately took care of the issue. I will be using Ferran Services from now on!

Arvin provided Great service and he is very knowledgeable about his product. The installers were Great as well, they were very efficient in the work that they did and left me impressed on how the final product looked.

MY tech Scott came out Saturday to fix my A/C Ian's got it done so very fast it needs a part so he came back Monday to replace it. I would recommend Scott he is extremely friendly and knows his job well A+ for a job well done thank you!
