They were prompt in their scheduled arrivals, accessed the damages thoroughly, and made great efforts to get the emergency situations controlled.   They  maintained a courteous, respectful and professional manner at all times. From my observations, these men are highly skilled and competent. They should be commended for a job well done. They represent your company  well.

Took off work early at 3pm because I scheduled a week in advance to have a plumber come over today at 3:30-5:30. 5:30 hit and nobody showed up, I called and she told me the tech would not be available until mid night. WHY did I take off work early? They made me miss 2 hours and didn't even show up, and I am not gonna have someone up in my house at midnight! That's crazy! I rescheduled for This next Monday. I will update this review accordingly IF they show up. I'm upset because I had a good experience using them in the past but this is not acceptable this time around.

WATER REMEDIATION EXCELLENT because of Juan (tech 5061) and his team Robert (2236) and Louis (3074). I asked for the id #'s so I knew Juan would get the credit. ASK for him. He's sharp, polite, professional and does the job. I will say water remediation is excellent. Juan and his team I can't say enough good about. 

Do not use Roto Rooter PLUMBERS (Not related to water remediation) if you live in Satellite Beach. THEY ARE BASED OUT OF ORLANDO AND WORK ON COMMISSION. WHY WOULD THEY TRAVEL AN HOUR ONE WAY. I lost days of work taking off with no shows and endless "they'll be there in another hour... they are held up with another job... how about midnight?" when I called at 8 am. Ridiculous. I had to use another plumber to do the job.

Wonderful experience.  I cannot express how helpful and professional they are. .  My initial contact was Micheal 5061 and he really put me at ease.  He walked me through and explained everything in detail.   Kudos to Erik 5079 who came everyday, worked with my schedule and was so friendly and professional.  Everyday he took the time to explain what was happening and answered every question.  He was fantastic.  Ramon 1985 and Rolfi 4966 were there the first day to assist and they were very efficient.  Again, great service.
