Having Alex Militante as our realtor is one of the wise decision we made so far. He is a professional and knows exactly what is needed to get the job done. It was a long process in getting that dream house of ours but Alex made sure we’re always updated and Get the best of our interest at heart . 

During the process, lots of obstacles and problems came to our family that almost tear us apart. But Alex gave us time and didn’t rush us to jumping to decisions just to close the deal. He was there during our darkest time and even uplifted our spirits. Now we’re happy to start the new chapter of our lives In our brand new house. I called today 10/2, inquiring about a rental 2075 Greenbrae. Sandy was rude. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I had other questions about other properties that might be available. Maybe she was having a bad day,   but if she is a reflection of this company than if you aren't buying they don't care.

Realtor Vicki vale is the best realtor out there.  She has helped me so much in trying to get a house. Words can not describe how wonderful she is, Please if you are looking to buy a house ask for Vicki vale,  she won't disappoint. Thanks Vicki.

This is a quality company with integrity.  Home Buying and Selling is their focus.  Rentals are handled by individual agents. This company prides themselves on experienced agents with a record of success. I will always use them for all of my future real estate needs.

Recently my family was notified that the house we were renting went up on the market.  Kim Bolin was the property manager in charge of the transaction.  She has been the most Unprofessional person we have dealt with and my family has worked in property management for nearly 30 years. 

Kim has bullied my family into leaving the house we were renting.  She called in a contracting company to renovate and demolish a room while my family was living in the home.  She had no regard for the health and safety for those living in the home. (Including my mother who has respertory issues).  

Often times when we have needed to speak with Kim on the phone she has resorted to name-calling (such as B**ch, and Slime Bag, F**Kin Liar!) and excessive use of profanity (Such as F**K You!).  Far more than what you would consider "ok" for a professional.

It is shame that this woman is with such a prestigious and well-known real estate company.
