I had an amazing experience buying my house with Raquel. I had multiple areas of town I was interested in and was tempted to jump into some terrible properties, but with Raquel’s true care for me as a client, she wouldn't let me. I’m forever greatful for that. The house we bought, I had disregarded from my zillow search but she talked me into looking at it and we fell in love. As a first time buyer, the process was overwhelming and she held my hand through the entire process and kept my sanity level at bay. Thank you so much Raquel! I am an anxious person.  And so when I wanted to move, I felt rather paralyzed. Yes, we needed more space but the entire idea was so overwhelming, that I couldn't even seem to get started. Thank the heavens I met Irene Voronel. Irene prodded me - gently! - forward. Step one: get pre-approved. Step two: ...oh, screw it. I was too tired from step one to move on. But then suddenly we found the house we wanted and if I hadn't completed step one, it would have been gone in the blink of my fretful eye. Instead, we actually had a shot. Still, my panic knew no bounds. Our house, we knew, was in a bracket that would sell quickly and so I dillydallied around some more, not wanting to list it for fear the other wouldn't work out and then we would be homeless and my children's lives ruined and and and... You wouldn't want to live with me, in other words. Irene coached me through way too much of my soul splitting apprehension. One moment stands out the most: it's 11:30 pm. I am still awake with panic and near tears. And so what do I do? I text Irene of course! Mother of small beings who needs sleep herself! And without even thinking I lay it all out for her. To my delight and salvation she texted right back and so we began a late night exchange where my realtor who was not even charging me extra for the psychoanalysis, by the way talked me back to my senses, reminded me I was not doing this alone, there were many experienced hands taking care of this for me. All I had to do was pack my house. And do you know what? She was right. Irene's expert hands made everything fall into place at the appointed time. She talked us out of panic after inspections, and before appraisals. She talked me into a place of peace. The kind of assistance she gave was not just the paperwork and deal-making. She acted as a therapist to my crazy brain. I am writing this from our new house, the house that let me breathe again. None of this would have been possible without her. We have bought and sold before and never have I felt I could message my real estate agent at midnight !! to calm me down. But with Irene, well, I didn't even think twice. She and her team carried us and carried the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So, if the thought of moving causes you even the slightest twinge of unease, pick up the phone and give her a call. I promise you - it will be one of the best decisions in your life.
