Very Good Service & Parts Departments.  Knowledgeable and courteous staff.  Only the necessary work is done, no scare tactics.  Sales also good.  They might not be able to give you the lowest price in the market but what is more important is the after-sales service.

My vehicle receives great service from the team at Formula Ford.  Appointments are easy to schedule and text-updates are very convenient.  The work is always explained ahead of time and costs are also included in these conversations.  The service departments hours take into account customers travelling back to Pickering from Toronto and also offer Saturday times.  A great place to buy and have your Ford serviced.

Good service. Parts service is second to none!!
 Only got half way home and the car dies after repair.
They quickly got on the issue when vehicle was returned. 
Stuff happens, nobody is perfect.

Took my new F-150 in for its first service in September.  It's my first time owning a Ford, so obviously the first time getting service at this dealership.  The service consultant was friendly, polite and helpful.  He explained what they would be doing and what to expect. I asked if they had light detailing package I could purchase, but (as I expected from experience with my cars in the past) they prefer you book ahead.  Nonetheless they squeezed me in and did a quick cleanup (not a full detail in any sense -- but exactly what I had asked for).  I won't say what they did or didn't charge me for the cleanup, but i was pleasantly surprised!  Truck was ready early and everything was ship-shape. Only good things to say; looking forward to my next service!

The service experience was quite comfortable and painless. For the oil change and changeover to snow tires, I was not really surprised (since this has happened before) to find that the oil was filled to 2/3 full (instead of full as you might expect) and the tire pressure of each tire was significantly lower than the pressures recommended on the vehicle decal for tire pressures (and the tires were supplied by Formula Ford). The Formula Ford service department was considerate enough to correct the tire pressure problem when I took it back the following day, but of course it would be ideal (and professional) if they had performed such simple tasks as oil change and tire change (and checking the pressure) properly the first time. The local Walmart automotive department is a reasonable example of a place that can do these tasks correctly. Otherwise, the required service was done satisfactorily. Furthermore, this time, the Formula Ford service department was considerate enough to reset the oil change indicator light on the dash (as I reminded them in advance to please reset it) so that this time (unlike a previous visit) I didn't need to go back and ask them to reset the oil change light.
