I have never loved this specific bank so much. Natalia is wonderful and I love working with her. We relocated and had to go to another 5/3 branch to apply for a card..  I never heard anything back in 4 days , and even had no response after I tried to contact the person- so I called Natalia and she told me exactly what I needed to get approved and even said she would call the other 5/3 bank and tell her she spoke with me. Amazing customer service.I feel like she truly DOES CARE by helping people.
I wish this was still the closest bank to us, we really love this one!!

Don't go in if you are in a hurry. People move like sloths. 3rd time I've needed to go in the bank Everytime takes forever. Any other 53 moves at a decent pace.

Horrible on a Saturday. Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple transfer because they only have 1 person that handles those and she was opening an account for someone.

For anybody that doesn't know. It's called Fifth Third because Fifth Bank and Third Bank merged.

I never get fast and efficient customer service here. They have enough people to help 2 customers at a time and the guy just ignored me and went to the drive through window when I was there first.
