This is the perfect bed & breakfast! The owners are amazing hosts, so sweet & welcoming! We left feeling so refreshed, pampered & relaxed! It's walking distance to delicious restaurants and fun antique shops. We enjoyed the garden style pool & the footed bathtub was a dream! They thought of everything you could want- snacks, water, bath accessories, robes & most importantly a super comfy bed! Also, breakfast is delicious!! We will be coming back!

Fig Tree Manor is a wonderful historic Bed & Breakfast in Palestine. We stayed in the Rosemary Suite. Very comfortable king size bed. Large TV in the sitting room. Large Vintage tub. Breakfast on the patio was delicious. Charming hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice, relaxing, historic B&B in Palestine, Texas. Great hosts, breakfast, snacks, etc. The room was actually a suite, on the second floor with a king size bed with pillowtop mattress, lots of pillows, sheer canopy. There was a separate sitting room attached, and large bathroom with antique tub/shower. Large TV with dish Network. Cute patio balcony. Year round heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was served on the back patio. Lots of plants on the patio and in the yard. Highly recommend this B&B.

A top notch bed and breakfast in Palestine, TX.  Housed in a beautiful two-story historic victorian home, the elegant building would be enough for a great rating on it's own.  Then you are greeted at the door by the owners, and it gets even better!  After a warm welcome and tour of the house, they take you  to one of two elegantly appointed rooms, or a phenomenal two room suite.  Aside from wonderful period correct decor, each room is equipped with modern televisions and Wi-fi.  A great room with a big screen leads to the wrap around veranda where breakfast is served in fairer weather.  Down a path off of the veranda are the pool and hot tub, enclosed and private thanks to the lush greenery and tree cover.  Most any need is thoughtfully taken care of by your gracious hosts, and requests for specific breakfast foods can often be met with advance notice.  The breakfasts are excellent, with gourmet flair and generous servings.  All in all, this is one of the classiest, most inviting lodging experiences I have had the pleasure to enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fig Tree Manor! The victorian house is a piece of history immaculately decorated and the owners are so welcoming. They did everything they could to make us feel at home and were awesome with our 5 years old daughter.  Highly recommended. we look forward to our next stay!
