this is an awful place. there is construction going on, and  I had to call the front desk at 11pm to tell them to stop it so we can sleep! They did and started again the next day at 6.45 am, nice eh?
There are shady people staying in this motel. The girl who checked us in was wearing PJs. Very professional  :)
The bed sheet had blood stains on it, see the picture. bathroom fixtures were all loose and falling apart.. AC works like thunder and you would need ear plugs to sleep through it.
Make yourself a favor and do not stay here. I did the mistake.

Though bathroom is older and the tile floor could use a really good scrubbing and bleach, it's adequately clean, with fast hot water and decent shower flow, the bed is fine, on the medium/soft side which is good. Clean comforter, pillows. Internet is very good, at least near the office it was. There was no smell of smoke at all in my room. No bugs. A window unit keeps the air fresh inside.  Others who seemed more long-term were hanging out on the patio with doors open, peacefully, but when I returned from dinner, all were shut inside their rooms and it was quiet, so guess there's a curfew.

I liked the motel. Like the ones I stayed in when I was a kid. It was clean, nice staff, basic room, nice, nothing fancy and well maintained. They have an actual key, not that stupid card. The price was good. I had a nice stsy

For the most part, the quality of the rooms are good, however there is just an overall shady vibe about the place. They don't allow visitors on the property, and you can kinda tell from done of the other 'precautions' they take, that they've had done issues in the past. This isn't really the owner's fault, but it does make the stay feel uneasy.  The water only has warm, no cold at all, and this is minor, but the way the TVs are mounted blocks access to the HDMI posts, so if your like me and like to bring a streaming device, or Android TV to entertain yourself while in the room, your out of luck.

For less than $50 a night I wasn't expecting much, and for the price, the room was far better than I expected. It was obviously cheap, particularly the bath/shower, but clean though I did see a rather large roach in the bathroom which was concerning. Also, the lock on the door were also quite flimsy so I never really felt comfortable leaving anything of value in the room. But the biggest problem I had with the place was the atmosphere...it just felt creepy. The hotel has strict policies against visitors (which was annoying since the people we were there to visit had some rather annoying room mates) and advertises adamantly about security cameras. That, along with a few other small things, automatically made me feel uncomfortable; like they had regular problems with theft and/or prostitution. So overall the place was nice enough and worth the price but just had too much of an overall unsettling atmosphere and I will not be staying again.
