Reviews

The breakfast burrito with bacon egg and potato was hot and fresh. The bacon was nice and crispy. I definitely would recommend for a quick bite on the go. Don't be fooled... each Filibertos has different standards etc because I've been to others where I wasn't very happy with my order. Another nice thing is that they are open until 2am on the weekends!

My rolled tacos would have been great with red sauce. I requested red sauce. My friend reiterated "red sauce" for me. The guy on the mic repeated "red sauce." When I got home, I had extra green sauce only. I'm kind of wondering if they did it on purpose. Receipt 10/04/17 @10:19 PM. Rolled tacos were great. Customer service...?

Listen very carefully when they repeat your order at the window. They have someone newer working the window and she messes up and over charges me EVERY SINGLE TIME!! their food is great... But their service is going downhill

I love Filiberto's in general but this place is the worst. I have decided to stop visiting this location after they messed up my order for the fifth consecutive time.

I am not a high maintenance customer and I under stand that you should not expect five star service from a drive-through Mexican fast food restaurant but they have consistently made it very clear that they could not care less about my satisfaction or continued patronage. I get a #3 every time. Two beef tacos with rice and beans and green salsa. Nothing crazy. But every time I get home I am met with the disappointing realization that I have received something completely different. Or that they have given me the wrong salsa or none at all. This time I received chicken tacos and red salsa. 

Its almost as if what they hear through the speaker is completely ignored and what they prepare for the customer is not based on what they ordered, but instead determined by the roll of a D12. If I were not always incredibly polite, or if I rudely insisted that they fix my order every time they mess it up (I always just let it go), I would suspect that they were deliberately trying to screw with my head. The rude staff, dirty location and overpriced food do not bother me at all but when they can't even be assed to arrange the 4 out of 6 possible ingredients in the configuration that I requested and is described on their menu, well that is where I draw the line. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

Good food & service. Large variety of dishes. Can easily customise your order. Generous portions, with lots of cheese. Dishes are always the same - great quality control.
