I love fired pie. What I can say is this is my first visit to this location. It is currently 14:56 and there are still chairs upside down on tables. The young lady who made my pizza did alright but asked for my list of toppings prior to me even deciding. I felt rushed and missed a few of my normal toppings, which is fine. The gentleman working the register greeted me and was very friendly. When asked if I wanted my pizza for here or to go by the gentleman at the register, I said, "For here please." I waited to be called and was not. The young lady brought my pizza to me in a to go box instead. She slid it onto my table saying "here you go." And walked away. The typical fired pie has friendly employees who cheerfully greet you and ask your name when you order. She did none of this. Not sure if today is just an off day for her but I do feel she needs to be a bit more personable to keep up with the fired pie standards. As I do frequent this area, I will be returning to this location. However, I do hope for happier customer service.

I come here pretty much every day for lunch and the staff here is great. I've been to several other locations, and none seen up to par compared to this one. Food is always great, they are courteous when I asked for Vegan cheese the first time, they even asked if I would like them to change gloves and use a clean pizza cutter. No other location has done this and I am truly impressed. Keep up the good work! -Lex

It's bit confusing when you walk in where to place your order. Selection and quality of toppings and sauces is great; crust needs to be thicker as it is more like a cracker. We dined outside since it was so cold inside and ate all of our pizzas as they turned out well. Great option for a light lunch. Service could have been more attentive.

Awesome experience! Best customer service I’ve had in a while especially considering I was having a bad day. A wonderful young woman helped me and my brother because my card information wasn’t going through but we made it through very quickly and overall it was fun and friendly. I was just ordering a fairly new dessert item called “Pookie” which looked delicious and really was. Her name was Alajandra. Thank you so much for this amazing experience and would definitely recommend!

Tried the thin crust of this pizza chain restaurant today and I let them choose the toppings, however, it was delicious. The restaurant also serves fresh salads, cold beverages and a few desserts. They provide catering services as well. The open air mall where this restaurants and many others are located was packed today together with a vocal heat of 107 degrees but the people all around seemed to have a good time.
