If there was a zero star option it would have been selected. I work at a large well known worldwide company. I attemped to place a order for pick up by phone today. The employee who was taking the order stated we cant place more the one item over the phone and hung up. The people that work here do not care about this business and are worried about having to make food.I took my business to Alfonso's and it was a surprise to find out their food is cheaper and higher quality by far!

Having lived in Phoenix for the vast majority of my life, I'm no stranger to Filiberto's. In high school it was a frequent stop for me and my friends after an afternoon of basketball at the park and our usual 2am pit stop after a late night of the usual teen shenanigans. I can't tell you how many chicken burritos drowned in red and green sauce I've eaten in my lifetime. Nostalgia aside, this location is one of the better locations in Phoenix. Food is consistently good and the employees are friendly. The inside is kept very clean and the drive-thru keeps a steady pace during the busy times, which are frequent. My only complaint is about the prices. I feel that they are too close to restaurant prices for the type of food they serve. However, the prices aren't bad enough to deter me from returning. Actually, I could totally go for a chicken burrito right now.

It is nice there. Employees don't really care and it seems they have gotten lazy with there making of food.

I paid $9.76 for a burrito (Patron) that is priced the same as the massive "Big Juan" yet its not as big and worse, its terrible. Worst pricing ever, will not go back again. Save your money and look elsewhere for your burrito fix.

the first time i came to this location , the employee that said she was a "manager " was very rude they refused to service me i dont know if it was because of the time , they tried to act like they didnt understand english , i came there today i made sure i was very nice and they were still very rude i thanks the lady at the window she not only ignored me she rolled her eyes and closed the window . They need to hire people who are happy to do there job and people who SPEAK ENGLISH . I COULD CARELESS IF ITS FAMILY OWNED IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB DONT WORK THERE !
