Beautiful store with a great selection of amazing Filson products. The staff was very quick to greet my wife and I and made sure we found what we were looking for. The quality, looks, craftsmanship, and functionality of their products is amazing. I got a pair of their thick wool socks for Christmas and they are amazing. Wearing them in 20 degree, snowing weather was not a problem keeping my feet warm. Best socks I've ever had. Over the summer I received a pair of their chaps for bird hunting. They are the most functional and warmest things I've ever owned for treking through the fields. Love them. Just picked up a jacket and love it. Can't wait to own more of their stuff. It's worth the investment.

When you try to purchase anything from this store, you will be treated very well. However, when you try to return or exchange something, you will not be treated as good as when you purchase. I went there to exchange the bag I purchased about a week ago and found out the manager on duty seemed not happy for me. His staff found one that I would like to exchange, and I asked if I could get 10% discount, just like the Filson online offers. Manager on duty denied right away and asked me to get the specific discount code and bring. I told that I would love to do some research and bring the code to purchase from the store. then I asked him if there were enough stock so then I can get the brand new bag, because the one that he showed me was the floor model. He told me that i should take that for it was the only one left and there will be no more, since it was very popular model, with very rude manners and tone of voice. the floor model was very dirty at the bottom with bunch of marks from the dirt, dust, and floor. I was definitely not happy and told him that I would rather order online, since I would get free shipping and 10% discount automatically. This store's customer service, especially from the manager on duty was not acceptable.

Would be 5 stars if they would have all of their products made in the USA, like they used to be.
