Very organized store. Dressing room was clean, organized. All departments fully stocked. Lots of associates to provide assistance. I wish my store in Cedar Hill, TX was a twin of this one.

Clean and not too crowded, good selection and lots of stock. Really like all the price checking stations in the store. Electronic price tags on the shelves are good too but sometimes don't show all the items on the shelves. Good parking and close to the DNT and other main roads.

I went into the store ready to buy a pearl necklace. I saw one in the jewelry case I wanted. I could not find anyone to get it out for me so that I could buy it. So I called the store. It rang and rang, no answer. People. When a customer enters your store ready to spend money, help her do it.

The entire staff have always been very nice to me and my emotional support dog Bentley When we come here ...plus the great deals that Kohls has everyday makes it my first choice in shopping.

I came in to buy some jeans and got the worst service. No one helped me find what I was looking for and they closed the fitting room nearest to me while I was there right after I used it once. It up set me so bad I left the store and would gladly sell my gift cards because I will never shop there again.
