An upscale choice for an elegant night out.  Food was cooked very well with interesting and delicious menu choices.  Wait staff was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable.  Great wine list!  The price is a bit high, but you get the quality of food that you pay for.  This restaurant is one of the very few fine dining establishments on the peninsula.

This restaurant is fine. The waitress is very good at explaining the dishes and how to eat them. We ordered lobster and was cooked in a way we didn't expect. It wasn't bad but not the best. The same with the octopus on the seafood pasta.. harder than it should be, but ok. Halibut fish was very good as the snapper. The atmosphere in general is very good. You can see the chef cooking in the kitchen and all looks clean and cozy. I would go again but wouldn't have lobster or seafood pasta.

Late lunch... appetizers for some and great cocktails + desserts! Adorable inside & tastefully decorated for fall. Very pleasant servers. Not sure we can afford dinner, but will definitely return for lunch/brunch/cocktails.

I came to VA to visit with my brother and my sister in law. They took my mom and I to Fin. Absolutely amazing food and service. Extremely clean and I highly recommend any local here! I can’t wait to come back again!

There is only one thing wrong with FIN ... your Review section only has five (5) stars and we would give it many more if we could (e.g., 9 out of 10 ... missing the full "10" because it was raining the night we went over from VB ... of course, not their fault).  
The food, wait staff, reservation system, quality of the items, presentation and rapidity of service are all top-notch.  They have an excellent menu and a broad range on the wine list to satisfy any taste.  We can't wait to go back.
Addendum:  171006: Business luncheon with J DiV over excellent seafood dish and crispy steamed veggies.  Quality continues to be high.
