The Hawthorne Credit Union is so awesome to deal with. Everyone I have ever had to deal with has been nice and professional. There have been about 2 employees that go well above and beyond to help me daily with my accounts. No other bank would ever do what they do for me.

One star is too generous. The staff doesn't try to be as awful as they are. They put on good smiles and give polite hellos. But the minute you try to actually get something done, they never seem to willing to make your money their priority. I've had a check on hold for about a week now. But first they cashed it and gave me the money.. Then took it back out because it had to go on hold to make sure the account it's coming from "has the funds to be deposited".. Why didn't you check before you deposited money into my account, only for my payments to decline? It's been a crazy waiting game.. Now here. My girlfriend's debit card was cancelled and a replacement was coming, as told to her by our sweet, little bank. Card never came after a month and a half. My girlfriend called to check what the problem was, and they said a new card order had never been placed and to use the old card still. So we go to use what they say is a fine account and card. Declined. She's cancelling her account. And as for me, I'll be cancelling my account as soon as they finally handle what they are getting paid for.. Save yourself. Find another bank.

Worst customer service. They screw up so much. They can't even provide proper service without lying or screwing up. I'd go to Fallon for another bank before dealing with such undesirables if I could they'd get zero stars

so i have had to replace 3 atm due to fraud... and now online banking is asking me for a security question i didnt set up to use...thus locking me out of banking. The staff in location is awesome friendly and nice...but the services dont match up to the people..Seriously I mean seriously taking all our money out and moving it to another credit union. I never have these issues with First Tech or Denali update - I do a lot of online trading and i receive payouts from scottrade as does my mother. Every single time she receives a check for dispersal and goes to deposit it we are treated like criminals trying to pass a bad check. Literally glared art and scowled at with suspicion. I have had it with this place.
