Most of the negative reviews just sound like irresponsible people who need to be spoon fed.

They revamped their payment and account portals. Received my loan documents online - password resets by phone were a breeze and was never put on hold. Paid all my installments on time. Was a flawless experience from start to finish over several years. Once I forgot to add my account number for a payment. A 10 minute phone call later, it was fixed instantly by friendly staff.

Paid my loan off a year early, and they released the title electronically to my state in two weeks.

Perfect execution from start to finish, because it seems I actually have some common sense.

The only negative is two separate portals for account info and payments.

The best financial institution to finance your motorsports needs. They really treat you like family. Barbara has been more than amazing with me. Cant thank her enough for all her help and assistance. I wish i could give them 10 stars.

I have never received a single bill through the mail or through email. They have both addresses on file so I'm not sure why they can't ever send one. If I didn't have a reminder set every month to pay my bill, I'd likely forget. Also, their payment portal is a total joke. Every time I go there it has zero information about past payments or future payments. It's just a blank page. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to be paying every month. I'm fairly confident I'm over paying, so I'm not too worried at the moment. Furthermore, I'm pretty certain their login information changes every couple of months. I have to jump through hoops just to pay my bill all the time. A bill that they never send, have no information on, and I have to guess the payment for. Overall, this company is useless. I wouldn't use them to finance a toaster that I could pay off the next day. Do yourself a huge favor, and find some competent company to if cancel your bike.

Can not produce title once loan is paid off. Will give you a different story about when your title is going to be mailed, depending on what day you call. Paid bike off over a month ago and still have not received title. Would give 0 stars of possible

Please read all the fine print.  Despite being 2 years ahead in payments, they will still charge a late fee if your a day late in payment.  Makes no sense to me.  Dealing with the customer service was demeaning.  Won't use this lender again. I'm usually pretty easy to please but I just paid 2-6 year loans off in a little over 2 years so I didn't have to deal with them!
