I love this location. The staff always go way out of their way to help me. They are always friendly, courteous and polite. Also they have very quick service! Every time I need something it’s been a smooth transaction. The online banking is very easy to use as well. Overall a great credit union!! I would recommend them to friends and family looking to switch Credit Unions. Keep up the great work guys!

I hate going to this location. The employees here never smile, never greet me and act as if I am interrupting their super important task and should not be bothered to take my deposit. They have never been nice or friendly to me. I usually go out of my way to go to the Coon Rapids branch, (I live literally 5 minutes away from the Columbia Heights branch), where they are actually friendly and act as if they like people. I really, really, really hate going to this location and will only do so if it is an extreme situation. The last time I came to this one, I went through the drive up and had a deposit. I put my ID and my money to be deposited into the metal drawer thing and the teller did not say hi, nor smile. She said "deposit?" and I responded "yes". She then left. About 5 minutes later some other lady came and asked what I needed. I told her that I was just trying to make a deposit. This lady then completed the task with no more words and gave me my receipt. She might have told me goodbye, or to have a nice day, but I kinda doubt it, based on past experience. And this is a typical experience, every time I come to this branch. Edit - on 3/2/18, the Manager (?), called me to apologize for my experience at the Columbia Heights branch and to let me know that he would be speaking to his staff about how they act towards customers. I will give this branch another shot and amend my review once I do so.

I've been dealing with this C.U. for several years now. Both Corporate and Personal accounts are handled exceptionally well. I like working with all of the Tellers and Account Managers. I highly recommend Financial One.

Been banking here for about the past 3 years. It's been great until I ran into a hardship and got 34 days late on my car payment... Made an arrangement with Ed (the car payment collection rep)... Only to find out that my debit card was suspended! Not one person made me aware of this collection tactic they use to get u to come into the bank to resolve the situation (even though it was already resolved) so then I call the bank to see if they can go ahead and let me access "my money" via debit card... Keep in mind I'm on my way out of town to visit my family for the weekend... So I call and talk to a rep (her name was Michelle) I advised her of my situation, assuming that they should be able to unlock my debit card no problem (since I already made an arrangement) this lady Michelle starts asking me "why are you going out of town?" I politely answered... She then asked "are you leaving town for personal or business?" "when will you be back?" ... I again answered but I could not believe she was asking me this! I then asked if I'm going to be able to use my debit card this weekend... She said there are no managers in at the moment, but assured I would get a call back. I received no call back and had to turn around in rush hour traffic just to drive 45 mins back to columbia heights just to take the money out of my account! I still can not believe this is even remotely acceptable way to treat a member who has been making payments on time for the last year and a half and also has multiple accounts and loans... I know why she was asking these questions and I think it was pretty sad.... Treating me like I'm gonna run away with a car that is only 34 days past due for payment... With an arrangement set up. I AM THE CUSTOMER/MEMBER...you guys can do better. Still waiting for that phone call Michelle.
