If I could give them zero stars that would be my true rating. I have been a customer for 17 years and have come to realize this bank is a joke. Random new fees and the local branch closest to me on Tittabawassee is terrible. The customer service is awful!!! They don't inform you of new policies and fees. Local credit union here I come, bye PNC!!!!

This bank just accepted a several thousand dollar payoff for our auto loan. They immediately deposited the cashier's check and  in the same breath refused to sign off on the title as they claimed to "not receive payment". I phoned my financial institution and they assured me that the funds had indeed been withdrawn from my account.   I have never had a worse banking experience in my life.  Avoid PNC like the plague.

This bank sucks! I've been with PNC since 2012 and plan to stay but I will NEVER go to this location ever again! Their ATM is ALWAYS BROKEN!!! Why do you even have an ATM??? PNC Headquarters needs to jump on this issue stat cause I'm beyond sick of their ATM being down, or broken.
